2023 World Cup Qualifying Process
South Africa ODI World Cup Schedule 2023: The ICC Cricket World Cup will be the main qualification route for the Super League 2020-23 tournament. The top seven teams in the CWCSL table, along with India, who will automatically qualify as hosts, will enter the tournament directly.
The remaining five teams in the CWCSL table, the top three teams from ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 and the top two teams from the 2023 World Cup Qualifiers play-offs will then compete in the 2023 Cricket World Cup Qualifiers, which will decide the final. Both teams will qualify for the World Cup.

World Cup 2023 Format
- Ten teams will compete for the coveted trophy.
- The tournament will follow a similar format to the 2019 edition in England and Wales, with a round-robin stage followed by the knockouts.
- 10 teams will compete against each other once in the round-robin phase.
- A win earns the winning team two points in each match, while a draw means both sides share one point each.
The top four teams at the end of the round robin stage will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the next two semi-finals will compete in the final, where the champion will be crowned.
