Where can I buy tickets from?

Tickets can be purchased online from https://tickets.gt20.ca/ anytime before the end of a match, or at the box office at the cricket stadium at CAA Center from July 18th to August 6th from 10am to 7pm 7 days a week.

What are the ticket prices?

Tickets start from $5 per person for a match.

What is the address for the venue?

The matches are being played at the cricket field located at the TD Cricket Arena, Brampton Sports Park, 7605 Kennedy Rd S, Brampton, ON L6W 4T2.

Are the tickets transferable or refundable?

Once purchased, the tickets are transferable to another person but not transferable to another day or match. Tickets are 100% non-refundable.

When should I arrive at the stadium?

Depending on the time of the match you are attending, it is advisable to be at the venue at least 45 minutes before for weekday matches, and 60 minutes before the match during weekend matches. Gates open 60 minutes before every match.

Does an infant need to purchase a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 are complementary and will share the seat with an adult in their group.

Am I allowed to bring banner or fan art inside the stadium?

Certainly! Flags, banners, and posters are permitted subject to size and messaging. Flag, banner, or poster should not exceed the size of 3 feet by 5 feet with a hollow PVC pipe without end caps of upto 5 feet height. Your flag, banner, or sign is causing disturbance to other fans in your vicinity, you may be requested to put it away or it may be removed.It is prohibited to display flags, banners, or signs that contain threatening, abusive, or discriminatory signs, symbols, images, language, or gestures targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, or sexual orientation. Displaying signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes or engaging in electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issues, or government action is not allowed. We encourage you to enjoy the match and show your support responsibly within these guidelines.

Can I bring food or drink with me?

No outside food or drinks are allowed, we have multiple fan concessions with a variety of food cuisines and beverages available at the venue.

Are there any prohibited items?

Prohibited items are as follows:

Aerosol cans (including aerosol sunscreen), Alcohol, Animals (other than guide dogs or other assistance animals required for medical reasons as documented in a medical certificate), Camera tripods, monopods, or commercial digital video equipment, Clothing containing offensive, inciting, or foul language or depictions, Electronic amplification devices for musical instruments, Firearms / Weapons, Fireworks, Glass bottles or cans Inflatable objects, Laser pointers, Marketing collaterals such as pamphlets, fliers, product samples, etc. unless approved by Stadium Management, Outside food and drink Reusable drink vessels larger than 24 ounces, Skateboards, roller skates, skates, hoverboards, scooters.

And similar, Stickers, decals, or other items with adhesives Streamers, confetti, and register tape, Stadium horns (including without limitation, a vuvuzela or caxirola), loud hailers or similar devices, Umbrellas, Use of tobacco products and associated paraphernalia including but not limited to, lighters, vaporizers, vaporizer cartridges, etc. Any item displaying commercial logos, which, in the Organiser’s view, may conflict with or in any way detract from the rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner related to the match

What is the check-in and check-out policy?

You can only check-in once on a ticket, and once checked-out you cannot re-enter on the same ticket.
