The online application for the admission test for the first year of the 2023-24 academic year undergraduate (honors) of seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University will start from (April 02) and will continue till April 30, 2024. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor (Education) and the chief coordinator of seven affiliated government colleges, Professor. ASM Maqsood Kamal has confirmed the decision.

He said, “The application process for the admission of seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University will start from Saturday (April 02) and will continue till 30th April 23.” Students will be able to complete the application process via online.

Eligibility to Apply

Minimum Eligibility for Application for Admission: Students who have passed the Secondary or Equivalent Examination from 2017 to 2020 and the Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination in 2024 who can fulfill the prescribed conditions will be eligible to apply for admission in seven colleges. As a minimum qualification, the GPA obtained in secondary or equivalent and higher secondary or equivalent examinations (including fourth subject) for science unit should be a minimum of 7, the sum of two GPAs in commerce unit should be minimum 6.5 and minimum 6 in arts and social science unit.

•  Then click the login/ Apply Button. (If the admitted student has already applied for admission in any unit of Dhaka University, he / she does not have to give any new information. The application can be completed by logging in and clicking on the relevant unit.)
• Now you can see a form. Fill up this form with your legal information (Like your HSC Roll, Passing Year & Board and Also give Your SSC Roll ) after filling up this form check your information again . If this information is valid then  click Submit Button.
• After Clicking the Submit Button you can see your full details and Eligible Unit for admission.  
• Now select your desire unit & click Confirm Button.
• After pressing the confirm button website wants your Scanned Photo, Personal Mobile Number and Others Information.
• At last, You Will Get a pay Slip For Complete Payment. Now Download and Print This Copy to submit.
• Pay the application fee via mobile banking Bkash, Rocket, Nagad or Internet Banking.

7 College Admission Test Fee 2024

Application fee for admission test for 2023-24 academic year is 750tk (BDT) only. Fees can pay through the state-owned Sonali Bank’s Sonali service, mobile banking Bkash and Rocket.

Minimum eligibility / GPA Requirements to apply:

Only those students who have passed the secondary or equivalent examination from 2015 to 2018 and the higher secondary and equivalent examinations in 2020. They can fulfill the prescribed conditions of different units can apply. The minimum qualifications of the applicants should be a minimum of 7 for GPA obtained for Secondary / Equivalent and Higher Secondary / Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject) for Science Unit, GPA for two units (including 4th subject) for Commerce Unit should have minimum 6.5 GPA. They can apply for Arts and Social Sciences Unit by adding GPA (including 4th subject) in two exams with a minimum of 6.

Admission test Marks, pass number and Exam Time Duration:

Admission test will hold for 120 marks number for 2023-24 academic year. Pass number is 40% marks that is 48 marks. Other 80 marks will consider based on SSC and HSC exam results.
